Sofie Laguna, who won the 2015 Miles Franklin Literary Award with The Eye of the Sheep, once again explores the devastating impact of childhood trauma in her latest novel, Infinite Splendours. Her protagonist, shy, sensitive Lawrence Loman, has a gift for art and a passion for nature, and in them he seeks solace and redemption.
